1st Position

The creatives making the best decisions aren't operating from better ideas.

They're acting on information most people never get.

1st Position gives writers, creators, producers, and entertainment professionals access to operator insight, live project reviews, strategic resources, and the kind of industry knowledge most people spend years trying to find.

The Actual Problem

The gap between "I think" and "I know."

You know what separates the project that moves from the one that stalls? Not the idea. Not even the execution. What separates them is what the person behind the moving project knew going in — the relationships they'd already built, the framework they used to make the call, the intelligence they had access to before they needed it.

Most people building in entertainment and the creator economy are operating on instinct and advice from people who've never done what they're trying to do. They're making $100,000 decisions with $0 worth of real intelligence. And they won't know what it cost them until it's over.

That gap is exactly where most projects die. It's exactly the gap 1st Position exists to close.

What It's Not

A Discord with a paywall. A course with a community tab bolted on. A mastermind where someone sells you a $10,000 program from a stage. Motivational content. A place to watch other people build while you stay still.

What It Is

A private entertainment community built around operator insight, project feedback, strategic resources, and industry knowledge most people never get direct access to — for writers, producers, creators, and directors, at any stage they're at.

Three Pillars

The core of the network.

The Creator Clinic

Monthly live project reviews. Operator-level feedback, live, in front of the full network.

Weekly Operator Sessions

Real conversations, real decisions. Practitioners talking through what they're actually navigating right now.

The Resource Library

Built by operators, for execution. Frameworks, templates, and strategic guides built by operators who've used them.

And underneath all of it: a network of people who are actually in the work, holding each other accountable to staying there.

The Creator Clinic

The most valuable thing inside 1st Position isn't a video or a PDF.

Once a month, selected projects are reviewed live through an operator-led lens, focused on the real decisions creators and producers face. Not feedback sandwiches. Not encouragement wrapped in qualifications. Actual assessments, in front of the full network.

Is this packaging ready for a financing conversation? Does this distribution strategy make sense for this budget tier? How should this IP deal be structured before you take the next meeting? Real questions. Real answers. From people who've navigated the same decisions.

Creator Clinic

You submit your project. The operator team evaluates submissions before each session. Selected projects are notified 24-48 hours in advance. Not selected this round? You automatically roll to the next session — no resubmission required.

You don't need a finished project to get value from the Creator Clinic. Projects at every stage have been reviewed here, including projects that are still taking shape. If you're figuring out what you're building, that's a legitimate stage. Bring it.

Your work stays yours. Projects submitted through the Creator Clinic are never shared, distributed, or referenced outside the network without your written consent.

What's Inside

Everything in the network.

01

The Creator Clinic

Monthly live project reviews with operator-level feedback, reviewed in front of the network so the intelligence benefits everyone in the room.

02

Weekly Operator Sessions

Workshops, roundtables, office hours, and live discussions built around what practitioners are actually navigating right now.

03

Resource Library

Frameworks, templates, deal structure references, strategic guides, and practical tools built for execution.

04

Operator Insight

Direct exposure to people who understand packaging, financing, distribution, development, and creator-led IP.

05

Community Intelligence

When one person gets a better answer, the whole room gets smarter.

Who It's For

The writer who has a script and doesn't know how to package it. The producer who needs an honest read before the next meeting. The creator figuring out what to do with an audience. The director trying to understand what comes next. The person who hasn't started yet but wants to understand how this industry actually works.

You don't need a finished project. You don't need years of experience — just to be serious about what you're building, even if you're still figuring out what that is.

Who It's Not For

Passive observers can join, but the network only works when people engage. If you're after polished content delivered on a schedule, this is practitioner intelligence and live programming — not produced courses.

If you've already decided nothing will work, the intelligence in this room is real — but it won't matter to someone who's certain it won't.

The Math

Not a sale price. The price.

A single session with an experienced entertainment consultant runs $200-$500 — one session. Industry memberships, workshops, and one-off consultations can quickly cost hundreds or thousands of dollars per year. Weekly live programming from practitioners who understand your specific area: $50-$300 per session if sourced independently.

Inside 1st Position, you get the Creator Clinic, weekly operator sessions, the full resource library, and the full network — for $14 a month.

FAQ

Questions, answered directly.

Yes. A significant portion of the people in this network are in early stages — idea phase, pre-development, figuring out what they want to build. The Creator Clinic accepts projects at every stage. You don't need to wait.

Free access gets you into the room — you can see the community, follow announcements, and understand what's here. Paid access ($14/month) unlocks the Creator Clinic, all operator sessions, the complete resource library, and full participation in the network.

The reviews are structured around the real decisions creators and producers face — packaging, financing, distribution, deal structure, next-step strategy. The feedback is specific, direct, and actionable.

Yes. Projects submitted through the Creator Clinic are handled through a defined submission process and are never shared, distributed, or referenced outside the network without your written consent.

Spend the first month actually in it — one operator session, one Creator Clinic round, one conversation in the network. If you don't believe it was worth $14, we'll refund it.

Creator OS is a separate entertainment intelligence platform used inside the Creator Clinic for project reviews. It includes project analysis modules, live intelligence databases, and structured decision support. Creator OS is available separately — it is not included in 1st Position membership.

Operators are practitioners who contribute to this network at a higher level. Operator status is invitation-only — there's no application process, and it's not purchaseable. The member experience is where to start.
